フォームにHEIC写真をアップロードできないときの対処法

「ファイル形式が正しくありません」と出て、アップロードできないとき、iPhoneの写真がHEICであることが原因のことがあります。
手順
- 「HEIC画像をJPGに変換」で、写真をJPGにします。
- 保存したJPGを、フォームにアップロードします。
容量の上限があるとき
JPGにしても、容量が大きいことがあります。そのときは、「画像を圧縮・サイズ変更」で、1MBや2MBなどの上限に合わせて小さくします。
書類の撮影写真の場合
書類を撮った写真をPDFで出すなら、「写真をPDFに変換」で、直接PDFにできます。
チェック
- 拡張子が、.jpg か .jpeg か
- ファイル名に、全角文字や記号が入っていないか
- 画像の向きが、正しいか

If you see "Invalid file format" on upload, the iPhone photo being HEIC may be the cause.
Steps
