画像を回転できないときの対処

画像を回転・反転する でうまくいかないときは、次を確認します。
確認すること
- 「回転」か「反転」の、どちらかを選んでいますか。
- HEIC形式の画像は、先にHEICをJPGに変換します。
- 別のブラウザで試します。
