What Happens If Fronts and Backs Have Different Page Counts?
Key points
- A difference of one is normal
- Leftover pages go at the end
- Consider rescanning
Merge Front and Back Scans into One PDF works even when fronts and backs have different page counts.
Handling
- Leftover pages are placed at the end.
- If the last sheet's back was blank and wasn't scanned, you get a one-page difference. That is normal.
- If the difference is large, check for missed pages.
- To add blank backs, use Insert Blank Pages.
