応募フォームで画像の形式エラーが出るときの対処法

証明写真や書類の画像をアップロードしたとき、「この形式はサポートされていません」と出ることがあります。
主な原因
- iPhoneの写真がHEICになっている（→「HEIC画像をJPGに変換」を使う）
- 画像がWebPやGIFなど、フォームが対応していない形式
- 拡張子だけ変えたファイルで、中身の形式が違う
対処法
- 「画像の形式を変換」を開きます。
- 画像を選び、JPG（写真）かPNGを選びます。
- 変換した画像をアップロードします。
拡張子だけを変えるのは避ける
ファイル名の .heic を .jpg に変えても、中身はHEICのままで、認識されないことがあります。ツールで変換してください。
それでも通らないとき
- ファイル名に、全角文字や記号が入っていないか
- 容量の上限を超えていないか（→「画像を圧縮・サイズ変更」）
- 画像の縦横のサイズが、指定の範囲か

When uploading an ID photo or document image, you may see "This format is not supported".
Main causes
- An iPhone photo is HEIC (use "Convert HEIC to JPG")
- The image is WebP, GIF or another format the form doesn't accept
- A file only renamed to a different extension while the contents differ
Fix
- Open "Convert Image Format".
- Choose the image and pick JPG (photos) or PNG.
- Upload the converted image.
Avoid just renaming the extension
Changing .heic to .jpg in the file name leaves the contents as HEIC, and it may not be recognized. Convert it with a tool.
If it still fails
- Does the file name contain full-width characters or symbols?
- Is it over the size limit? (use "Compress & Resize Images")
- Are the pixel dimensions within the allowed range?
