スキャンやスマホで撮った書類は、カラーのままだと、容量が大きく、背景の色むらも目立ちます。白黒にすると、すっきり見えることがあります。
種類の選び方
- 文字だけの書類（申込書・レポート・契約書）：白黒2値。背景の色むらや、薄い影が、白になって消えやすいです。
- 顔写真や図がある書類（学生証・免許証のコピー）：グレースケール。写真の濃淡が残ります。
手順
- スマホで撮った写真は、先に写真をPDFに変換で、PDFにします。
- PDFをグレースケール（白黒）にするで、白黒にします。
- プレビューで、文字が読めるか確認します。
撮影のコツ
- 真上から、まっすぐ撮ります。
- 明るい場所で、影が入らないようにします。
- 書類の四隅が、写るようにします。
向きが横になっているとき
ページが横向きのときは、PDFのページを回転で直してから、白黒にします。
提出するとき
「白黒でOK」と書かれていても、本人確認書類は、色が必要な場合があります。提出先の指示を、確認してください。
