A method that works anywhere

- In the left sidebar, drag the pages into the order you want.
- Choose "Print" from the File menu.

On Android
To photograph paper documents and make a PDF, use the scan feature in the Google Drive app.
- Open Google Drive, tap "+" and choose "Scan".
- Photograph the document, as many pages as you need.
- Choose "Save as PDF".
If you want to combine photos you already took, the tool on this site is convenient.
Checking the result
- Pages are in the right order
