PDFを結合したあとに、通しのページ番号を入れる方法

なぜ最後なのか
結合前に番号を入れると、それぞれのPDFが「1」から始まり、結合後に番号が重複します。

- 表紙に番号は不要なら、「1ページ目」を「入れない」にする
