落ちません。ページの中身はそのままで、向きと順番だけを変えます。
パスワード付きのPDFは使えますか？
使えません。パスワードを外してから、お試しください。
How to use
- Tap "Choose a PDF" and select one PDF. Its pages appear as small images.
- Use Earlier / Later to change the order, Rotate to fix the direction, and Delete to remove a page.
- Tap "Make the PDF" and save it.

No. Everything is processed inside the browser on your device.
Does quality drop?
