スキャンしたPDFが横向きになる原因と直し方

原因

横長の書類を、縦のまま入れた（またはその逆）
ADF（自動給紙）に、向きがバラバラの書類をセットした
スキャナーの自動回転が、うまく働かなかった

直し方

「PDFのページを回転・並べ替え」で、PDFを選びます。
向きが違うページの「回転」を押します。
保存して、全ページを確認します。

次回から防ぐには

書類の向きをそろえてからセットする
横長の書類は、まとめて別に読み取る
スキャナーの自動回転の設定を確認する

注意

向きだけでなく、ページが逆順になっていることもあります。そのときは、同じ画面で並べ替えもできます。

How to fix

Choose the PDF in "Rotate & Reorder PDF Pages".
Tap "Rotate" on the wrongly oriented pages.
Save and check every page.

Align document orientation before loading
Scan wide documents separately in a batch
Check the scanner's auto-rotation setting

Note

Sometimes the pages are also in reverse order. You can reorder on the same screen.
