How to Make a Timetable as PDF or Image (Free, Works on a Phone)

Published: Oct 19, 2026 | Updated: Oct 19, 2026 | About (Japanese)

Key points
  • Choose days and periods, then type class names
  • The same class gets the same color automatically
  • Print the PDF or save the image to your phone

Every new term, more people need a timetable. With Create a Timetable / Weekly Schedule you can make one on your phone, with no sign-up.

Steps

  1. Enter a title, such as "2026 Spring Timetable".
  2. Choose "By class period".
  3. Choose the days. Monday to Friday are selected from the start. If you have Saturday classes, tick Saturday too.
  4. Choose the number of periods. For 90-minute university classes, five or six periods is common.
  5. Choose a time preset (university 90 minutes or high school 50 minutes) to fill in each period's time. You can edit it freely to match your school.
  6. Type class names into the table. Adding the room saves time later.
  7. Tap "Create sheet".

Saving

For a blank sheet to handwrite

If you leave everything empty, you get just the grid. Print it and fill it in by hand.

For next term

With "Save my entries on this device" on, your previous entries are still there next time. Just swap the classes to make a new timetable. Turn it off on a shared computer.
