時間割を友だちと共有する・変更したときの直し方

時間割は、友だちと見せ合うと、授業の予定が合わせやすくなります。
共有する
- 画像（PNG）：メッセージアプリに、そのまま貼り付けられます。
- PDF：印刷したい相手や、メールで送る相手に向いています。
作ったあとに、時間割・週間スケジュール表を作成の「画像（PNG）で保存」か「PDFを保存する」を使います。
共有するときの注意
- 教室名や、バイトの予定などは、見せていい範囲で載せます。
- 一般に公開する場所に載せるときは、氏名やバイト先など、個人が特定されやすい情報を入れないようにします。
授業が変わったとき
- 保存してあれば、ツールを開くと、前の内容が残っています。
- 変わったコマだけを直します。
- もう一度、「表を作る」を押して、保存し直します。
古い版と新しい版
- タイトルに、「前期（4月版）」「前期（5月版）」のように、版がわかる言葉を入れます。
- 古いファイルは、フォルダを分けるか、名前を変えて残します。
友だちの時間割と合わせる
空きコマが重なる時間を探すときは、2人分の画像を並べて見ます。写真を1つのPDFにまとめたいときは、写真をPDFに変換が使えます。

When classes change
- If you saved your entries, they are still there when you reopen the tool.
- Fix only the cells that changed.
- Tap "Create sheet" again and save again.
Old and new versions
- Put a version in the title, such as "Spring (April version)" and "Spring (May version)".
- Keep old files in a separate folder or under a different name.
Matching with a friend's timetable
