How to Combine Photos and PDFs into One File
Key points
- First turn the photos into a PDF with "Photos to PDF"
- Then merge that PDF with the others in "Merge PDFs"
- Check the order at the end
Even if some documents are paper (as photos) and others are already PDFs, you can still combine them into one PDF.
Steps
- Use "Photos to PDF" to make one PDF from the photos and save it. (Setting it to A4 makes it look consistent next to other PDFs.)
- Open "Merge PDFs" and choose that PDF together with the other PDFs.
- Set the order with "↑" and "↓", then tap "Merge" and save.
Why photos go first
Merging on this site works on PDF files. Photos are converted to PDF first, which makes it a two-step flow.
Making them look consistent
- Set the photo PDF's page size to "A4"
- Use the same margin setting
- Rotate sideways photos beforehand
Checking
After merging, check page count, order, orientation and readability from first page to last.
