The Best Order for Tidying a PDF: Rotate, Reorder, Delete
Key points
- Delete unneeded pages first to make the rest easier
- Then fix orientation, and last the order
- Everything can be saved in one go
This tool lets you rotate, reorder and delete pages on a single screen.
Recommended order
- Delete: remove blank or unneeded pages first. With fewer pages, the rest is easier.
- Rotate: set wrongly oriented pages upright.
- Reorder: put the remaining pages in order.
- Save: check once more, then save.
Note
When deleting, look closely at the thumbnails so you don't remove the wrong page. To start over, reopen the original PDF.
Checking after saving
- Is the page count as planned?
- Is every page in reading orientation?
- Is the order right?
