Turning a PDF Page into an Image for Social Media or Slides
Key points
- Extract only the pages you need first, then convert
- Use "Normal" to "Large" and check readability
- Check for personal information before posting
Steps
- If you need only a few pages, first use "Extract or Delete PDF Pages" to make a PDF of just those pages.
- Convert that PDF with "PDF to Images".
- Paste the saved images into your social post or slides.
Making it look good
- For documents with small text, convert at "Large"
- Many people view on phones, so check that each image is readable
- Tall PDFs can have edges cropped depending on the social media display frame
Before posting
- Make sure no name, address, phone number or email address is visible
- Don't publish someone else's material without permission
Converting a private document to an image doesn't make it fine to publish.
