Why a PDF Won't Convert to Images and What to Do
Key points
- Password-protected PDFs can't be converted
- For large PDFs, cut pages or shrink first
- Update the browser and reload
1. A password is set
Password-protected PDFs can't be loaded. Get a version without a password from its creator.
2. The file or page count is large
PDFs of tens of MB or hundreds of pages strain the device and can stall.
- Keep only the needed pages with "Extract or Delete PDF Pages"
- Split with "Split PDF" and convert in parts
3. The PDF is damaged
Re-save it as a PDF from the original app or download it again.
4. Browser issues
- Update the browser
- Reload the page
- Try another browser (Safari, Chrome and so on)
- Avoid private browsing
Still not working?
Your device may be short on storage or memory. Close other apps and tabs and try again.
