Tips for Submitting PDF Documents as Images
Key points
- Match the format the recipient specifies (JPEG or PNG)
- With a size limit, use "Small" to "Normal"
- One image per page, so check the order
Some forms accept only image uploads, not PDFs.
Steps
- Choose the PDF in "PDF to Images".
- Match the format to the recipient's instructions. If none, JPEG is the safe choice.
- If there's a size limit, set the size to "Small" or "Normal".
- Upload the resulting images in page order.
File names
Files are saved with page numbers in the name. If the recipient specifies a pattern (such as name_01), rename after saving.
Checking
- Is the text readable, especially small numbers?
- One image per page?
- Does each image stay under the size limit?
When there are several images
If the recipient accepts only one image, fit the information on one page or ask the recipient.
