講義スライドのPDFは、周りに白い枠が付いていることがあります。余白を切ると、ノートに貼るときも、スマホで見返すときも、使いやすくなります。

手順

PDFの余白を切り抜くで、スライドのPDFを選びます。
「全ページ同じ範囲にそろえる」を選びます。スライドは、全ページで同じ大きさになるので、枠もそろいます。
「まわりに残す余白」は、「少し（3mm）」にします。
切り抜いて保存します。

ノートに貼るとき

余白を切ったスライドを、PDFを1枚にまとめるで、1枚の紙に6枚などで並べて、印刷します。
ノートに貼る小さな紙でも、文字が読みやすくなります。
印刷の紙の枚数も、減らせます。

見返すとき

余白がない分、スマホでも、スライドの文字が大きく見えます。
必要なページだけ残したいときは、PDFのページを抜き出し・削除を使います。
教科ごとにまとめたいときは、PDFを結合が使えます。

気をつけること

先生が配布した資料には、利用の決まりがある場合があります。自分の学習のために使う範囲にとどめ、ほかの人に配ったり、ネットに載せたりしないでください。

Lecture slide PDFs sometimes come with a white frame around them. Trimming the margins makes them easier to paste into notes and to review on a phone.

Steps

Choose the slides PDF in Crop PDF Margins.
Choose "Same area on every page". Slides are the same size on every page, so the frame matches too.
Set "Margin to keep" to "Small (3 mm)".
Crop and save.

For pasting into notes

Use Combine PDF Pages onto One Sheet to print the trimmed slides, for example six to a sheet.
Even on a small sheet to paste into a notebook, the text is easier to read.
It also reduces the number of sheets you print.

For reviewing

With no margin, the slide text looks larger even on a phone.
To keep only the pages you need, use Extract or Delete PDF Pages.
To group them by subject, Merge PDFs helps.
