Key points

- Save the PDF, then email or print it
Freelance work, club fees, a hand-to-hand sale: there are more occasions than you might think when someone asks for a receipt. With Create a Receipt PDF you can make one on the spot, without installing an app or signing up.
Steps
- Enter the payer (person or company). You can choose 様 or 御中 as the title.
- Enter the amount, tax included.
- Choose the tax line (10%, 8% or none).
- Enter a description, such as "for goods" or "for membership fee".
- Check the date and enter the issuer (your name, business or group).
- Tap "Create receipt" and save the PDF.
After saving
- You can attach it to an email.
- You can print it and hand it over. It is A4 size.
- To put several receipts into one file, use Merge PDFs.
If you want to add an address or registration number
Open "Address, phone, registration number" to add an address, phone number, invoice registration number and receipt number. If typing them each time is a hassle, choose "Remember on this device". The details stay only in the browser on that device.
Issue a receipt only for money you actually received. Making or using a receipt that does not match the facts can be against the law.
