How to Convert Images between JPG, PNG and WebP

Steps
- Open "Convert Image Format" and choose images. You can select several.
- Choose the target format (JPG, PNG or WebP).
- Tap "Convert" and save. For several images you can also save everything as a ZIP.
Format characteristics
- JPG: suits photos; small files; works almost everywhere
- PNG: suits text and diagrams; crisp, supports transparency
- WebP: a newer format that is small and light; some older software can't use it
Notes
- Transparent areas in a PNG turn white when converted to JPG.
- Converting doesn't improve quality.
- Some browsers such as Safari can't create WebP; in that case another format is saved.
