How to Make and Print Business Cards for Free (Works on a Phone)
Key points
- Enter size, group, name and contact lines
- Choose color and typeface, then save the PDF
- Print on A4 at actual size and cut
Club activities, internship interviews, networking events: students too have occasions where a card is handy. With Create Business Cards / Name Cards you can make one from your phone with no sign-up.
Steps
- Choose a size: the standard business card (91×55 mm) or a larger name tag (100×70 mm).
- Choose "Same card on every slot".
- Enter the top text (group or club), name, reading, title and contact lines.
- Choose color, typeface, accent and alignment.
- Tap "Create cards", check the preview and save the PDF.
Printing
- The paper is A4: 10 cards per page for business-card size, 8 for the larger name tag size.
- Set printing to "actual size (100%)". Scaling changes the size.
- Light cut lines are drawn around each card. You can turn them off.
If you want just one card as an image
After creating, "Save one card as an image" saves a single card as a PNG, handy for email or social media.
Enter only your own details. Do not make cards that pose as another person or organization.
