How to Print a Timetable or Use It as a Phone Wallpaper
Key points
- Print on A4 at actual size
- Save the image (PNG) to use it as a wallpaper
- Convenience stores can print the PDF as is
A timetable is handy when you can see it at once, on paper or on your phone.
Printing
- Save the PDF with Create a Timetable / Weekly Schedule.
- In the print settings, choose paper "A4" and scale "actual size (100%)".
- Turn off settings that automatically shrink margins; it prints more cleanly.
Printing at a convenience store
- You can print a PDF with a convenience store's print service. How it works differs by service.
- If the file is large, shrinking it with Compress PDF makes handing it over easier.
Using it as a phone wallpaper
- Tap "Save as image (PNG)" and save it to your phone's photos.
- Open it in the photos app and set it as a wallpaper. The steps differ by device.
- To fit a tall screen, choose "Portrait" when making it.
With a wallpaper, home screen icons may overlap the table and make it hard to read. It suits a lock screen.
If you want to adjust the image
To match your phone screen's ratio, crop it with Crop & Rotate Image. To change the image format, use Convert Image Format.
Sticking it on a notebook or folder
You can print it smaller and stick it on a notebook cover. If it is too small the text becomes unreadable, so do a test print first.
