Published: Oct 19, 2026 | Updated: Oct 19, 2026 | About (Japanese)

Key points
  • Choose "By time of day" and set start and end times
  • Enter fixed things such as sleep and meals first
  • Place study and rest in the free time

A timetable only covers classes. When you want to see your whole week, a weekly schedule is handy.

How to make one

  1. In Create a Timetable / Weekly Schedule, choose "By time of day".
  2. Set start and end times, for example 8:00 to 24:00.
  3. Choose 60 or 30 minutes per row. Use 30 if you want finer detail.
  4. Enter your plans for each day.

What to enter, in order

  1. Fixed things: classes, job shifts, commuting
  2. Daily life: sleep, meals, a bath
  3. What you want to do: study, exercise, hobbies, seeing friends
  4. Buffer: spare time in case plans slip
