履歴書の証明写真：サイズ・撮り方・スマホで撮った写真の入れ方

サイズ
一般的な履歴書では、縦40mm×横30mmです。縦4：横3の比率になります。
撮るときのポイント
- 明るい場所で、顔に影が出ないようにします。
- 正面を向いて、肩から上が入るようにします。
- 背景は、無地（白や薄い青など）にします。
- 服装は、応募先に合わせます。就職活動では、スーツが一般的です。
- 髪型は、顔がはっきり見えるように整えます。
- 撮影から3か月以内の写真が、よいとされます。
スマホで撮った写真を使うには
- 正面から、少し離れて撮ります。自撮りだと、顔がゆがみやすいです。
- 顔が中央になるように、画像の切り抜きで、縦4：横3の比率で切り抜きます。
- 履歴書をPDFで作成の「写真を選ぶ」で、切り抜いた写真を選びます。
iPhoneの写真がHEIC形式だと、読み込めないことがあります。そのときは、HEIC画像をJPGに変換で、先にJPGにしてください。
写真の画質
文字や顔が、ぼやけないように、極端に小さい画像は避けてください。目安は、横600ピクセル以上です。
証明写真機やお店で撮った場合
データでもらえる場合は、そのデータを使えます。紙の写真だけのときは、写真をPDFに変換や、スマホのスキャン機能で、データにできます。

Size
The usual size on a Japanese resume is 40 mm tall by 30 mm wide, a 4:3 (tall) ratio.
Shooting tips
- Use a bright place so there are no shadows on your face.
- Face the camera and include everything from the shoulders up.
- Use a plain background such as white or light blue.
- Dress for the company. A suit is common for job hunting.
- Tidy your hair so your face is clearly visible.
- A photo taken within the last three months is preferred.
Using a phone photo
- Shoot from the front at a little distance. Selfies tend to distort the face.
- Crop it to a 4:3 (tall) ratio with Crop & Rotate Image, with your face centered.
- Choose the cropped photo in "Choose a photo" in Create a Resume PDF.
An iPhone photo in HEIC format may fail to load. In that case, convert it to JPG first with Convert HEIC to JPG.
Image quality
Avoid extremely small images so the face does not look blurry. As a guide, use at least 600 pixels wide.

If you can get the data, use it. If you only have a paper print, you can digitize it with Photos to PDF or your phone's scan feature.
