自宅にプリンターがない人は、コンビニで印刷することが多いと思います。まとめたPDFを使うと、設定が簡単になります。

基本の流れ

PDFを1枚にまとめるで、まとめたPDFを作ります。
そのPDFを、コンビニのプリントサービスに登録するか、スマホから送ります。
機器で、用紙はA4、倍率はそのまま（100%）で印刷します。

サービスごとに、使い方や設定の名前は違います。画面の案内に従ってください。

機器側の「集約」設定は使わない

コンビニの機器にも、複数ページをまとめる設定があることがあります。すでに、まとめてあるPDFに使うと、二重に縮小されて、小さくなりすぎます。まとめる作業は、どちらか一方だけにします。

容量が大きいとき

スライドや写真が多い資料は、容量が大きくなります。PDFを圧縮で小さくすると、登録や送信がスムーズです。

両面印刷や白黒

両面・白黒・カラーは、機器の画面で選びます。
白黒で印刷すると、料金が安くなることが多いです。

横長の紙のとき

2in1・6in1・8in1は、横長のA4です。機器が、向きを自動で合わせることが多いですが、縦長で出ていないか、プレビューで確認します。

失敗を減らすには

最初に、数ページのPDFで、試し刷りをします。
印刷前のプレビューで、文字が欠けていないか、確認します。

If you have no printer at home, you probably print at a convenience store. A combined PDF makes the settings simple.

Basic flow

Make the combined PDF with Combine PDF Pages onto One Sheet.
Register that PDF with the store's print service or send it from your phone.
At the machine, choose A4 paper and actual size (100%).

Steps and setting names differ by service. Follow the on-screen guidance.

Do not use the machine's own "combine pages" setting

Store machines sometimes have a setting that puts multiple pages on one sheet. Applying it to an already combined PDF shrinks it twice, making it far too small. Do the combining in only one place.

If the file is large

Documents with many slides or photos get large. Shrinking them with Compress PDF makes registering and sending smoother.

Double-sided and black-and-white

Choose double-sided, black-and-white or color on the machine's screen.
Black-and-white is often cheaper.

For landscape sheets

2-, 6- and 8-up use a landscape A4. Machines often fit the orientation automatically, but check in the preview that it is not coming out portrait.

To reduce mistakes

First do a test print with a short PDF.
Check in the preview before printing that no text is cut off.
