授業の資料や、説明会のスライドを、1ページずつ印刷すると、紙がたくさん要ります。PDFを1枚にまとめるを使うと、複数ページを、A4の1枚に並べて印刷できます。

手順

  1. 「PDFを選ぶ」で、PDFを1つ選びます。
  2. 1枚にまとめるページ数を選びます。2・4・6・8・9から選べます。
  3. 並べる順番を選びます。ふつうは、「横に並べる（左→右、上→下）」です。
  4. 余白と枠線を選びます。スライドは、枠線があると、区切りが見やすくなります。
  5. 「1枚にまとめる」を押し、できたPDFを保存します。
  6. 印刷します。

2・6・8ページまとめは、横長のA4になります。4・9ページまとめは、縦長のA4です。

元のPDFが変わることは？

ありません。元のPDFは、そのままです。新しいPDFが、別に保存されます。

Printing class handouts or briefing slides one page at a time uses a lot of paper. With Combine PDF Pages onto One Sheet, you can print several pages on one A4 sheet.

Steps

  1. Tap "Choose a PDF" and select one PDF.
  2. Choose how many pages go on one sheet: 2, 4, 6, 8 or 9.
  3. Choose the order. Usually "Across, then down".
  4. Choose margin and borders. For slides, borders make the separation clearer.
  5. Tap "Combine onto sheets" and save the new PDF.
  6. Print it.

2-, 6- and 8-up make a landscape A4. 4- and 9-up make a portrait A4.

Is the original PDF changed?

No. The original stays as it is. A new PDF is saved separately.
