仕組み

  • SORTは範囲全体を並べ替えます。
  • SORTNは、並べたうえで上から指定した件数だけを出します。

注意

  • 列の番号は、範囲の左から数えます。
  • 元のデータは変わらず、別の場所に結果が出ます。

How to use

  1. Enter the range and the column number to sort by.
  2. Choose the order and the kind.
  3. Copy the formula and paste it into a cell.

How it works

  • SORT sorts the whole range.
  • SORTN sorts and then returns only the number of rows you give.

Notes

  • The column number counts from the left of the range.
  • The original data stays as it is and the result appears elsewhere.
