使い方

  1. 「ファイルを選ぶ」で、Word・Excel・PowerPointのファイルを選びます。
  2. 残っている作成者などの情報を確かめます。
  3. 「情報を消して保存」を押し、保存します。

仕組み

  • 作成者、最終更新者、会社名などの情報を空にします。
  • 元のファイルは変わらず、新しいファイル（名前の末尾に _clean）で保存されます。
  • ファイルを外部に渡す前の、確認に使えます。

注意

  • 本文や表、画像の中に書かれた名前は消えません。
  • 変更履歴や、隠れた文字は、このツールでは消しません。
  • Wordのコメントは、チェックを入れると消せます。

いいえ。処理はすべて、お使いの端末のブラウザの中で行われます。

名前が完全に消えたことを確かめるには？

保存したファイルをもう一度このツールで選ぶと、残っている情報を確認できます。

How to use

  1. Tap "Choose a file" and select a Word, Excel or PowerPoint file.
  2. Check which author and other details are stored.
  3. Tap "Remove the information and save" and save the file.

How it works

  • Empties the author, last modified by, company and similar fields.
  • The original file is untouched; the result is saved as a new file ending in _clean.
  • Useful for a final check before you send a file outside.

Notes

  • Names written in the body, tables or images are not removed.
  • Tracked changes and hidden text are not removed by this tool.
  • Word comments can be removed by ticking the box.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything is processed inside the browser on your device.

How can I confirm the names are gone?

Select the saved file in this tool again to see what remains.
