使い方

  1. 「Excelファイルを選ぶ」で、.xlsx を選びます。
  2. 計算式のセルの数を確かめます。
  3. 「計算式を値にして保存」を押し、保存します。

仕組み

  • 計算式を消して、その結果の値だけを残します。
  • 元のファイルは変わらず、新しいファイル（名前の末尾に _values）で保存されます。
  • ほかの人に渡す前に、計算の中身を見せたくないときに便利です。

注意

  • 保存されている計算結果が、そのまま値になります。
  • 最新の結果にしたいときは、先にExcelで保存し直してから使います。
  • 書式やシートの見た目は、そのまま残ります。

よくある質問

ファイルは外部に送信されますか？

いいえ。処理はすべて、お使いの端末のブラウザの中で行われます。

元の計算式は戻せますか？

いいえ。新しいファイルの計算式は消えます。元のファイルは、別に取っておいてください。

How to use

  1. Tap "Choose an Excel file" and select an .xlsx file.
  2. Check how many formula cells there are.
  3. Tap "Replace formulas with values and save" and save the file.

How it works

  • Formulas are removed and only their results are kept.
  • The original file is untouched; the result is saved as a new file ending in _values.
  • Handy when you do not want to show the calculations to others.

Notes

  • The calculated results saved in the file become the values.
  • If you need up-to-date results, re-save the file in Excel first.
  • Formatting and the look of the sheets are kept.

FAQ

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything is processed inside the browser on your device.

Can I get the formulas back?

No. The formulas are gone from the new file. Keep the original file somewhere else.
