使い方

  1. 探す値と、探す列、返す列を入れます。
  2. 種類を選びます。
  3. できた式をコピーして、セルに貼ります。

仕組み

  • XLOOKUPは、探す列で見つけた行の、返す列の値を出します。
  • XMATCHは、見つけた位置の番号を出します。

注意

  • LASTは下から探し、APPROXは近い小さい値を探し、REVERSEは右の列から左の列の値を出します。
  • 2つ目の式は、XLOOKUPがない古いExcelでも使えます。

How to use

  1. Enter the value to find, the column to search and the column to return.
  2. Choose the kind.
  3. Copy the formula and paste it into a cell.

How it works

  • XLOOKUP gives the value in the return column on the row it finds in the search column.
  • XMATCH gives the position number it finds.

Notes

  • LAST searches from the bottom, APPROX looks for the nearest smaller value and REVERSE returns the left column from the right one.
  • The second formula works in older Excel that lacks XLOOKUP.
