How to use
- Tap "Choose files" and select the files to rename (you can add more any time).
- Set the naming rule (e.g. photo_{n}), the first number, digits and order. The new names are shown below.
- Tap "Rename and save as ZIP" and save.
How it works
- The selected files are renamed in one go according to the rule.
- A browser cannot rename the files on your device directly, so the renamed files are packed into a ZIP.
- If two names would clash, a number is added to the later one.
Notes
- Extensions (.jpg etc.) stay as they are.
- Your originals are not changed. Open the ZIP and use the files.
- Characters not allowed in file names (/ \ : * ? " < > |) become "_".
