How to use

  1. Tap "Choose text files" and select files (select several to merge).
  2. Choose Merge or Split and set the options.
  3. Tap "Run and save" and save.

How it works

  • Merge: joins the files in the order chosen. You can add each file name as a heading.
  • Split: divides files by a number of lines or by size (saved as a ZIP).
  • The encoding is detected automatically and saved as UTF-8.

Notes

  • Non-text files such as images or PDFs cannot be merged or split.
  • Very large files (over 50 MB) are not supported.
  • Splitting never cuts in the middle of a line.

In what order are files merged?

In the order you chose them. To change the order, change the order you select them.
