How to use

  1. Tap "Choose an Excel file" and select an .xlsx file.
  2. Check the sheet list and choose CSV or TSV.
  3. Tap "Split by sheet and save as ZIP" and save the file.

How it works

  • Splits each sheet of an Excel file into its own file.
  • The ZIP contains one file per sheet, named after the sheet.
  • Saved as UTF-8 with a BOM so Japanese text is less likely to garble.

Notes

  • Only the stored cell values are exported. Formatting and formulas are not included.
  • Hidden sheets are included in the split.
  • Old .xls and password-protected files cannot be opened.

No. Everything is processed inside the browser on your device.

Can I split into separate Excel files instead?

This tool splits into CSV or TSV. Open them in Excel and re-save the ones you need.
