How to use

How it works

  • Compares the text of two PDFs line by line and shows the differences.
  • You can choose whether to show unchanged lines too.

Notes

  • Only text is compared. Differences in images and drawings are not detected.
  • Scanned PDFs have no text and cannot be compared.
  • For PDFs over 3,000 lines, reduce the pages and compare.

FAQ

Are my PDFs sent anywhere?

No. The comparison also runs inside the browser on your device.

Does it show layout differences?

No. It only shows differences in the text content.
