How to use

  1. Tap "Choose an image" and select one image.
  2. Choose a style (mosaic, blur or black box).
  3. Drag over the image with your finger or mouse to draw a box around what you want to hide.
  4. Tap "Hide and save" and save.

How it works

  • The area inside each box is hidden with the chosen method.
  • The original pixels of hidden areas are not kept in the saved image.

Notes

  • On a phone, tap "Draw mode" before drawing. Tap again to scroll.
  • A weak mosaic can sometimes still be read. For important information, "Black box" is the safest.
  • Keep your original image.

Are my images uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything is processed inside the browser on your device.

Which is safest: mosaic, blur or black box?

A black box is the most reliable. Mosaic and blur can sometimes let the original be guessed.

What if I draw a box by mistake?

Use "Undo last" or "Clear all".
