How to use
- Paste text or a URL into "Input".
- Choose Encode or Decode.
- Copy the result shown in "Output" with "Copy result".
How it works
- Characters that cannot be used in URLs (such as Japanese or spaces) are replaced with forms like %E3….
- Decoding turns them back into the original characters.
Notes
- "A part of a URL" also converts ? & and =. Use it to put search words into a URL.
- "A whole URL" keeps ? and &. Use it to fix only the non-ASCII parts of an existing URL.
