How it works

  • A UUID is an identifier string made so that it does not repeat (version 4).
  • They are made using your browser's random number feature.

Notes

  • You can make up to 100 at a time.
  • A UUID is not a substitute for a password.

Is what I enter sent anywhere?

No. Everything is processed inside the browser on your device.

Can the same UUID ever appear twice?

Practically never. The chance of a repeat is vanishingly small.
